Mountain Bike Stolen
Gary Fischer Cobia stolen from downtown by the library in SLC, UT. I have a pic of what the bike looks like and the guy who stole it. Any help call the police at 801-799-3000. thanks!

Little confused about how you know that's the guy who stole it since:
a) that photo is from 3 weeks prior to the photo you took of the bike; and
b) the photo doesn't show him with the bike.
He was in the building back then casing the joint. We have video of him taking the bike Tuesday at 6:30pm and leaving via this door with his head down. He knew where the camera's were but had the same mannerisms. I don't know why i'm explaining this but i guess it's a good question. It was obviously him from the video. The guy was back on Wednesday nighth and someone noticed him in the building and called the police. They actually questioned him and let him go. I emailed the police the picture that night. I don't know if all this would stand up in a court of law but this IS the guy for sure.
The day this was taken a resident questioned him and he took off. We have face shots from the day of the theft but not as clear as this. Hope this explains it all for you and it's a Gitmo type operation here.
